Took my 10 month old yorkie puppy to the vet today as her rear paw pad looked strange (see photo). They did X-rays and determined it's a congenital defect with the bone. They want to amputate her toe. Looking for Second opinion. I have attached photos of the x-rays

I asked my Veterinarian, who only cares about making money and not the welfare of the animals, to please do a Rabies Titer. My doggies have been vaccinated all of their lives and both are 10 years young. I was told the Titer is $370.00 and it’s just cheaper to vaccinate them! This is utterly absurd!
