Difficult to get test results

I bought 2 of these the end of August 2023. I submitted one a year ago and got the results with some tests being inconclusive. I submitted the other one a month ago for a new cat and I cannot get it activated and have called and emailed them numerous times with them stating they got it activated but it still is not an nobody is helping me, including petco. If there was a time limit to use it they should have stated so. That is a waste of $120 and I do not recommend if they cannot honor a test I paid for. It should not be this difficult.

- no , this test doesn't tell you the breed, you actually need to know the breeds your cat is made up to order this test. Basepaws will tell the breeds your cat is related to.
