JW’s dog toys can be both fun and engaging. The JW Pet Hol-EE Roller is one of their well-known toys that’s soft, flexible and super bouncy—which gives your dog the joy of chasing it down to whatever crazy angle it goes to. The JW Pet Hol-ee Roller has holes for both a good mouthfeel and to hide treats.
JW Pet also carries a variety of balls for your pup—the JW Pet Megalast Ball Dog Toy is designed to endure even the most intense play, and it also has fun little openings that are the perfect size for treats. It floats and is even infused with vanilla. Shop the whole collection of JW Pet balls for dogs, including squeakers, footballs and balls that make crackling noises to keep your dog fascinated and engaged.
Another exciting accessory is the JW Pet Invincible Chains rubber dog toy, which may be perfect for medium to large dogs who want a game of good old-fashioned tug of war. The grippy texture makes sure both you and your dog can maintain a good hold.
JW Pet also has fun solutions for birds. The JW Pet Company Insight ActiviToys line has many options for your winged pet. There’s a Hall of Mirrors accessory that your feathered friend can dance and preen in, and Ring Clear bird toys that have fun bell attachments for your pet to have fun with.
JW also has essential accessories for your bird, like food and water silos, cuttlebone holders and perch cleaners. They have sand perches and swings, millet spray holders and a birdbath so your chirpy pet can splash around. They have everything you need to turn your bird’s habitat into a fun, interactive playground.
JW Pet didn’t forget about small animals. They have smart thermometers to ensure aquariums are at the perfect temperature, and the JW Pet walk-up small animal barn can be great for critters. They come in assorted bright colors to brighten up any habitat.
It’s very important for your pets to stay entertained and stimulated. JW Pet products are versatile and designed with multiple features to delight your pet and occupy them for long periods.

Destroying wooden toys and ladders is actually natural behavior in birds and is good enrichment. Some things you can do is offer a variety of other toys and things that they can destroy. Use newspaper or cardboard rolls to wrap and hold treats to give them something to destroy and forage at the same time. You can consider getting slightly thicker woofer toys that may last longer or combining some plastic perches and ladders with wood. A variety of shape sizes and textures is healthier than one size and style only. Concrete type perches help to file thier nails. Wood such as Manzanita is extremely hard and much more durable than the plain wood perches. Below are some toy ideas. There are also resources available on the web to see what tree branches you may have in your yard that are safe for perches. https://lafeber.com/pet-birds/top-toys-for-parakeets/ https://lafeber.com/pet-birds/bird-owners-can-find-new-uses-for-these-recyclables/

There are a lot of reasons why a bird may have trouble perching including nails that need trimming, perches that are the wrong sizes (usually too small or narrow), muscular or neurologic issues, age, deformities, illness, etc. It is always a good first step to schedule a vet checkup and rule out any more serious causes first. If Haru checks out healthy, making sure he's on a balanced diet can help keep him strong and fit. You may also want to add in some larger perches where he doesn't have to curl his toes all the way around as it may help with balance. Adding in a flat shelf platform to sleep on can also help make sure he stays comfortable while asleep without falling off the person. Making sure all of his food and water dishes are easy to get into and out of can also help if he has trouble getting around.

Boy, you wouldn't believe how often we see this happen! Birds are so curious and they have such strong little beaks! Having that checked by a vet would be best. However, if there is no damage to the beak- holes, cracked pieces etc and no damage to the soft tissues inside the mouth (sometimes these toys will cut into the soft skin on the inside of the beak), then your little friend should be fine!

In birds, it's a way of showing off and also a way for him to express what he thinks belongs to him, toys, his perch, etc. It's a signal to other birds that this is something he has claimed as his own.

Keep an eye on her. If she will allow, you can clean it daily with a mild antiseptic cleanser. Provide perches of different shapes, textures and thicknesses to condition her feet. Having only round perches of one size can lead to sores on the feet and overgrown nails.
