Higgins Guinea Pig Shop

I am currently giving peaches cuttle fish bone power, in addition with the cuttle fish bone power is it o.k. to give her clay cal from higgins also, or egg food, egg food has suger in it is it safe to give to peaches? what is the best egg food for peaches?

I have a pet rat and I have tried many different wood stick chewing products. She will chew on them only when they are fresh and she only chews very little. Her main diet is Higgins Sunburst Rat and Mouse food which has hard nuts and other foods. Will that be enough to keep her teeth trimmed down? Do you have any suggestions? She tends to be a little picky.

Griffon was a 4 yr old Scarlett chested parrot that suddenly passed away in the night. Findings by pathologist in a necropsy was renal gout.Excess protein or calcium can cause it. He and the cage mate are on Mazuri small bird diet and chop (veggies,grains, and Higgins vita seed mixed together). One cup of the seed is mixed with about 8 cups of veggies. Does this diet sound appropriate or is something adding in too much of the previous listed vitamins.

This is Dexter, my gorgeous 7 year old rescued hound, & his 4 year old ball. He loves his ball & can find it anywhere we hide it in the house or yard. 2nd picture is his new ball. It squeaks like his old ball & smells like bacon. He seemed to like new ball & we played inside for a couple hours off & on. When I took him outside & threw it he ran to the ball sniffed it &walked away. The only ball he brings is the old one. What should I do? Thanx. Carolyn.

Rescue dog with three classes under his belt including canine good citizen. Home is Dad, Mom, adult daughter and teenage son. Mom: I am dog's favorite person, supposedly, but he doesn't cuddle with me like everyone else. He likes it in my husband's and my bedroom but he gets under the bed on my side and stays there... Unless my husband gets in bed, then he'll come out from under the bed to cuddle with him. When I call him over to cuddle with me it's back under the bed. What's wrong??

My dog has been drinking excessively the past month and I just noticed that his penis has lost its pink/red tone and is now much lighter in color.

My pup just had her first heat cycle in December, but looks as though she may start again? She has swollen mammary glands and a swollen vulva. It seems impossible that she could be pregnant or anything as she is kept inside mostly, is never outside alone and isn’t around other dogs that are not neutered. I am unsure if this is normal or if we should take her to the vet if she starts into heat again so soon.

Hello, I have found three lumps on the back of my Chihuahua cross bichon fries neck. We mentioned it to our vet at our previous visit and he said it would probably be the microchip as there was only one lump at the time. The lumps feel quite solid and located on the lower neck. I have a cat about 2 years old and he's been having seizures about weekly. We've done all sort of tests and exams including a CAT scan and the vet says he has epilepsy. He takes phenobarbital, diazepam and he started potassium bromide 3 months ago. He spent 1 month and 5 days without a seizure but then he had one over an hour whereas all of the previous ones were under 1 to 2 minutes. He doesn't purr and he's always itching. I've been to 3 vets and they all say the same. What else can I do?

My dog has a pad almost halfway up his forearm an drew there is a sore right below it that almost looks like another pad... it is red and looks irritated but he isn't giving much attention to it.. I was just wondering if you had any ideas on what it could be and what to do as far as treatment.. thanks for your time.
