Can i give safeguard dewormer and comfortis flea med. At the same time
I just treated my dog with Comfortis for a flea infestation we did not recognize.
After three months' giving my two dogs Comfortis with no issues, the other evening I gave them the correct dose with their supper and quite soon afterwards they both vomited their supper and their lunch. I did not re-dose them. I wonder if I should stay with Comfortis or switch to a different flea preventive.
is there any flea oral medicine similar to comfortis that does not require a vet prescription?
My cats have fleas that i have not been able to get rid of. Comfortis is the only thing i haven’t tried. I can’t put topical meds on my cats because one of them has dermatitis. is there a way to get comfortis without a prescription? if not, how would i get a prescription from a vet and would it cost money to get the prescription? i have very limited funds, thank you
I wanted the v et to give my cat her monthly comfortis tablet and he suggested broadline. I expressed my concern that she might be allergic to it as the other vet suggested comfortis because of her showing an allergy to spot on. He said It's highly unlikely and I agreed to give it a try. Now she scratches non stop and she even allows me to scratch her around her next and chin which she normally doesn't like. What can she take to ease the itching?
Hi, I just gave my cats their first dose of comfortis 270 mg, but one of them stole from the other cats bowl & got a double dose. Should I be concerned?
Our 2 (4 yr old) cats have fleas. We took them to our vet & they gave us Comfortis for them. We saw a LOT of dead fleas a couple hours later - but now it’s been a week & am still finding live fleas on them. Is it working?
Snaccs Just got over having fleas and was plased on comfortis. He's still itching. To the point of having these sores on his "knees" and around he genitals. Is this a reaction to the fleas or the medication. He want stop licking and biting himself except to eat and sleep. The pictures aren't the best.
whats something I can use to get the fleas out of my house and outside to keep them from coming in? I'm planning on getting comfortis for my cat, as it is the only thing that has worked being he is a long hair turkish angora, is there anything else you can suggest fro him also? Thanks so much!!
My cat had fleas (now cured with Comfortis)...and scrached under her chin pretty badly. It has not healed completely—there is still a scab there. Is there a product I can use to help the scab heal? She no longer has fleas...and doesn't scratch under her chin anymore.
Hi there. My dog has a flea issue. Accidentally gave her expired comfortis last wed. She had a bath Thursday and I got a diff flea med. can I give that to her now since I'm finding more fleas or do I have to wait longer. I obv don't want to give her too much. Also can I use a seresto collar and the oral dose?
