What do I do if my dog won't eat and throw up h2o

My cat (~4 kg, 12.5 yrs old) I think, ingested a 300 mg cap of gabapentin about 18 hrs ago. It took us a while to find his hiding place, because he didn't come when we called him. When we found him, his pupils were so dilated that there was only was only a thin ring of orange; they are almost back to normal in the past 2 hrs. He still won't drink even h2o on his lips, is lethargic & is staggering. He has tried to groom a tad, & he did pee a normal amt & color on a paper pad. No vomit or diarh.

Our 15 yr old Choc Lab has been thru 4 rounds of antibiotics (albon, metronidazole, both, & clavamox) for cocciddia & urinary incontinence. In May, she had sudden hind legs weakness & can't use her lower back left leg (w/ knuckling). She also has a hump on that back left leg hip, w/ an inconclusive cancer cytology sample. She has had rounds of uncontrollable diarrhea since May, w/bloody diarrhea. She now won't drink H2O, mostly eats, constantly tired, no interest in toys, & can't get comfy.

Female 11 yo Border Collie/Doberman Pincher mix; frequent itching w scratching/biting; slight dandruff; no evidence of fleas under magnification/spotlight; couple collections of small brown thin scabs/spots approx 6-10mm dia; no crust on paws, no mouth lesions, no plaque on teeth. Diet: Fruitables Pumpkin, Canidae canned meats, 1/4 tsp whole milk organic yogurt, occasional tbsp organic spinach/potato baby food; raw beef bone 1/mo; 1/2 c water mixed w food otherwise H2O intake negligible.

Tonys labs recently show SDMA 13, hi normal, early stages kidney disease. He lays by the water bowl a lot & I know this can be a sign of kidney disease, but he's been doing this since last year when he was diagnosed with hi blood pressure & hyperthyroidism (before he became early stage kidney disease). Would he have been at the h2o so long b4 this kidney diagnosis or even now at this early stage?. Could the other two conditions or the meds for them (amlodipine & methimazole) cause this behavior

Luke developed elevated LFT's after being fed Orijen puppy. Resolved after using Royal Canin Hepatic. Is there a better quality brand food out there (kibble) with the same benefits we can try? I do not feed canned food, and a home prepared diet will not be feasible with my lifestyle. I would like to stick with a kibble, and I am picky regarding quality. Secondly, he has significant tartar buildup despite only kibble and crunchy treats. I already brush his teeth and avoids H2O supplements.

12.5 yo shihtzu has MVD, on 6 meds 2x/day, 5/6 murmer, no fluid in lungs.Tiny interest in food (Inc chocolate i tried as test) past 2 dys;was able to get pills in her w/ marshmallow at nite. Drinking more H2O. Will call vet Mon. Am i wrong considering having her put down? Obv internal issue(lil diarrhea, 1x vomit; liver maybe?), hrt will get worse, won't eat so eating pills inconsistent.I LOVE her so much & am struggling but she has small quality of life & dont want her 2 suffer at all. Ideas?

My pup is much more lethargic. He eats little, he holds his head low and squints his eyes. He will get excited about things but then give up and lay down. Doctors only tested gor diabetes. He vommited bile several times last week and had diarrhea several days. His gas has smells strangely sweet like sweet grass even a little metallic as does his poop but only for awhile. Sometimes the sweet smell is on his breath. Our water smells of it also. And my skin. H2O test shows very high alkaline/PH

My puppy got his flu shot booster yesterday. He vomited 2x overnight and now is very lethargic. He didn't even move when I left the house before 5 for the gym. This is my first dog and first time he's acting like this and I'm trying to figure out how concerned I should be and what I need to do to care for him. Do I just let him sleep? Should I keep him from food or feed him something other than kibble? He hasn't been interested in H2O either. Do I need to encourage him to drink?

My Bichon Friśe fainted this morning. He seemed to not be able to move his body immediately most especially his legs. For the very first time, he wet himself in bed which he doesn’t do at all. He tried getting up to drink H2O after 30 mins and in a span of 3 hrs he drank again. My concern is that he still looks lethargic. I tried giving him his favourite treats but he doesn’t seem to respond with the food. I saw this pea size lump on his skin but it seems more of like a fat cyst but bruised. Tnx

What water Addictive would you recommend for my cat that has bad breath? Can I give my cat chew toys ? That are meant for his teeth? Does the brand of cat food that I have the reason my cat has bad breath I give him friskies?
