Got this a month ago and it’s really a good fountains. Cats love it! The only thing I really have to say is I wish it was bigger. I don’t think it’s loud other than when water is low

I really like this fountain. I’ve never had one for my animals so I don’t have much to compare it by but it does the job and my cats are healthier for it. I would prefer the main basin to be a bit bigger but overall not bad. Not loud at all, the water trickling is nice and my cats seem to really enjoy it and since the water runs through a filter they are getting better water and avoiding plaque build up and their coats are a lot healthier than ever before!

The fountain is loud, as in the water trickling. It's not a horrible sound, but if I had to design it, I'd make it quiet. The motor also buzzes when the water gets low. I wish there was a better way for it to indicate that because I don't think it's good for the motor. I can't see the water level through the bowl, personally. I didn't see anything for the dental part in the box. Otherwise, the fountain is nice and my kitten likes it. He likes to drink out of the non-fountain half.

It's way to loud. I feel like there is water leaking somewhere in the house.

The first fountain I received was cracked on the bottom of the bowl when I opened the box, and it leaked water all over the floor. I contacted Petco immediately, and they immediately sent a replacement fountain with expedited delivery and with all the parts without any requirement to return the defective item. Per their request I sent them photos of the crack in the bowl so they could file a warranty claim with the manufacturer. The other parts of the original fountain were fine, and the replacement fountain was fine too, so now I have a good bowl, and backups of the other parts if I ever need them. The fountain is working great, it’s very quiet, and I love the dental care feature for my senior cat. I have not needed to clean the fountain yet so I can’t provide any feedback on how easy it is to clean just yet.

I’ve tried other fountains but my 2 cats never wanted to drink from them. This fountain is perfect, just the right amount of running water that’s very quiet. My cats can’t get enough! The dental tabs are so helpful as well, the vet confirmed they’re safe and great for their dental health. Highly highly recommend!!
