Is there anything else I can use to help heal it?. He’s in not in pain or doesn’t wince when I touch it or cleanse it. just reposting to add pictures Also I have goodwinol ointment. Btw the black thing is his leash just to coax him in the tub, it didn’t touch his sore but he’s collarless

Pitbull terrier was prescribed Panalog for ear infection today. Gave dose (maybe a bit more than I should in 1 ear) and dog shook a lot out. He was shaking his head a lot and panting afterwards. I gave benadryl (50mg) to help him with scratching & sleep. He calmed down and Slept an hr. But he's awake and has been periodically shaking his head/scratching since then and can't get comfortable enough to sleep. What to do?

My dog has been bitten by another dog but it wasn't bleeding I cleaned with disinfectant but he keeps licking it off. He seems to have an absesse but the bit marks are healed closed. I tried to apply pressure hoping it will find a way to come out however it seems like the absesse has burst internally. I am giving him antibiotics and can't afford the vet. Can I drain it myself?
