Why does my dog hate wearing sweaters? The others are always good, hazel has a water jacket and I put it on her when its really cold or raining and she always stays still like a statue and then she will rub against the wall, plants, or a couch, the jacket fits her perfectly and she can pee and poop with no issue (asking since summer is all most over ) thank you!

Ok so I have an issue. Its getting cold here and we are looking at some very heavy snow this year. All three of our dogs are rather thin coated. The older two refuse to potty outside if its too cold. Would sweaters help? Also the youngest is less than two pounds (tiny chihuahua mix) and even though he's not allowed outside yet we like 2 to 4 inches above our floor tend to get cold no matter what temperature we keep the house at how can I help him stay warm?
my 17 yr. old 5 # Pomeranian (neutered male) has to wear a male wrap, due to frequent wetting in the house... but can wriggle out of it...I found the Vet's Best Perfect Fit ...which sounds like it would work well, but I need a liner that is really absorbent to put in it... He seems to want to live inside, but that isn’t a possibility in my current situation. Is an insulated dog house, with cedar chips, sufficient to protect him from the elements?
I just bought my dog a fleece vest to wear in the winter because she shivers, and it seems to help calm her as well. Would it be ok to leave it on at night? It's not restrictive and she doesn't chew at it or try to take it off. She sleeps in a big wire crate next to my bed with her brother.
