Always have your dog or cat completely clean, dry and brushed before trimming as it will affect the results and life of the trimmer. (Dirt and grime will inhibit cutting blades.) Different areas of trimming will require different heads and guides. Your 4-in-1 Pet Styler comes with detailed instructions on how to select and attach the appropriate trimmer head and guide. After selecting and attaching the trimmer head and guide, you are ready to begin. Hold the trimmer with cutter head upwards and let the flat surface of comb touch the pet coat gently. Move the trimmer forward against the hair in the same direction that hair grows. Do not run your pet clipper through the coat too fast, as this may wedge hair clippings between blades and impair their cutting ability. For more details, see our Instruction Guide.

Need gromming store for my cat
Hello! I'm looking for an inexpensive set of clippers for Mia. She has, what seems like, a double coat of hair now and since I don't have the means to take her to a groomer right now, I want to give her a nice trim since it's getting warmer, and because I want to be able to see any potential bugs that try to go on her. Good morning, I recently took my pet for grooming, however, he was found to have matted fur, that's too close to the skin, was told, he needs medical grooming, does petco do this.
