Does frontline plus kill or treat bed bugs
Is Frontline Plus still effective? I'm thinking of using it for cheyletiella mites on my dog.
So we have been treating our 2 year old GSD with Frontline plus for months now... it didn't work, now we are infested with fleas and our dog is missrable. We have always applied it on time, to a non washed pup directly to her skin. What topical flea meds actually work? We have wasted so much money on frontline plus... please help, I'm at my wits end and I just want my up happy and able to sleep.
Dog had frontline plus 10 days ago. Hasn't worked. Can I reapply.
Do you prefer Modesto collars or frontline topical for flea control?
My spaniel keeps getting fleas! We use frontline plus but they keep coming back!!!
I was thinking about trying frontline plus for my dog for a few months. He's currently taking nexgard. There's nothing wrong with his current flea medicine, I was just thinking of trying something different. He's also taking tri-heart for heartworm. Is frontline plus a good option and is it safe to make that switch?
My cat gets frontline plus once a month consistently. Since December of last year he has had NO fleas. We live in New Jersey. I comb him every day with flea comb. He is an inside outside cat. It's been hot. Yesterday was first day it cooled to upper 50s. This morning I removed 2 small fleas & some flea dirt. Pic attached. Someone recommended I give him capstan orally during this fall season along with frontline.? Is this safe? Helpful? What pros & cons? Last frontline given 9/28
I use Frontline Plus spot on flea treatment on my dog for flea control. One dose is supposed to last for 30 days, but recently I noticed that after about 12-15 days my dog starts getting fleas again. Is it safe to use Capstar (nitenpyram) oral flea tablets in between doses of Frontline Plus?
I have been using K9 advantix II for Pepe. It seemed the oral medication (forget the name, not BRAVECTO, my vet does not stock that one) was not working for ticks. I have used past 4 months, seemed to be working. However, now he has fleas! FRONTLINE PLUS worked well for Pugs that I had many years ago. I was advised against it, was told there was better stuff now. I have gone out to get some, but can I use it, the K9 advantix was put on 2 weeks ago. 3 Seresto collars were lost at daycare.
What is the difference between advantix and frontline plus? I've ordered frontline plus but am worried by some reviews that it doesn't work well. Should I use advantix instead? Right now, I'm using frontline spray.
I know this is a bad tick season for us in NH. In the past I have always used Fronline Plus. . It worked well for the Pugs I had and fostered. I am now using Nexguard and have found more ticks than I have ever seen on a dog. They are usually crawling on him, when found, maybe 2-3 a day. Yesterday I found one that had latched on and seemed to be there awhile... not real engorged, but definitely not “just latched on”. It was alive. What is best, the oral medication or the topical?
