Smooth out your mutt’s matted mane with the dog hair detanglers and sprays available at Petco.
Dog detangling sprays can be a great way to help maintain the coat of your dog. Detangling sprays are often formulated with natural ingredients such as aloe vera and vitamin E, which can help nourish the hair and reduce tangles. Be sure to look for a detangling spray that is specifically formulated for dogs and free of any artificial preservatives or additives. Additionally, it is important to follow the instructions on the label and consult with your vet if you have any questions or concerns.
The best product for matted dog hair depends on the severity of the matting. For mild matting, you can use a detangling spray specifically formulated for dogs to help reduce the tangles and make brushing easier. You can also invest in a quality detangling brush such as the Furminator to help remove matted hair. For severe matting, it may be best to seek professional help from a groomer or vet.
The best detangling spray for dogs is one that is specifically formulated for them and contains natural ingredients such as aloe vera and vitamin E. Popular products include the Well & Good Dog Detangling Spray, the John Paul Pet Lavender Mint Detangling Spray, and Skout's Honor Probiotic Daily Use Detangler Honeysuckle for Dogs. Be sure to read the label to make sure the product is free of any artificial preservatives or additives.

Recommend flea spray for Chihuahua
Hello, I have had my beloved cat, Lolly, since kindergarten making her 17 years of age. Recently I retrieved her from my mother's house and noticed her unkempt hair. She now has a surfeit of tangled clumps of matted fur varying in size. How should I proceed, are there any special shampoos or products that would help? I heard they are not supposed to be cut off. Do you have any advice? Thank you, Carla Sanchez
Home remedies for dog dandruff/mange
Is there any over the counter shampoos you recommend to help soothe my pup that has demodectic mange? She was switched from trifexis to simparica and interceptor plus for treatment but I want a shampoo that will help soothe it during regular baths I give her.
I have a long haired elderly maincoon/tabby mix with mats all over his body because he is too overweight to reach them and honestly doesnt even try. Is there some product we can use to help him out? Shedding brushes are useless at this point and we've nearly resorted to a professional groomer.
How can I manage my Maine coons fur? He never lets me brush him and he has a small spot that is tangled. Whenever I try he bites and gets upset. I try to be as gentle as I can and reward him but it’s very difficult. I don’t want him to be all matted up-it must hurt! Any and all tips and products I can use are greatly appreciated! Thanks :)
I found a little dog (maybe pomeranian?) about a week ago and he has pretty matted fur and TERRIBLE fleas. What can I do for him without paying a big vet bill?
I read that Ragdoll cats are fairly low shed bc they don't have an undercoat. I was wondering if the combination of one of these products & a low shedding cat would make them almost allergy free? The title of the products are: "Burt's Bees Dander Reducing Cat Spray, 10-oz bottle" OR "Allerpet Cat Dander Remover with Bonus Solution Application Mitt - 100% Non Toxic Pet Allergen Reducer - Scientifically Proven for Effective Cat Allergy Relief - Proudly USA Made (12oz)" both found on amazon. Thanks
I have dog who is constantly scratching and biting certain areas He does not have flees and tried different sprays and shampoos for prevention,
My dog has 3 patches of fur missing from her back due to her biting an itching it alot is their a DYI or cream I can buy at Petco or PetSmart ?
My cat Samson has a fur problem. His fur is extremely matted in areas(just like clumps right close to the skin). What's the best way to relieve him of these? I had a bath followed by conditioner in mind. He also has a tumor in his throat that they think is cancer.
Hello I was wondering which would be better to use on my dog to kill her fleas while I'm treating my home flea and tick dog shampoo or dawn dish soap
