Hi, We just did the Petnostics test for our dog Stella and below you will find the results. My concern is sometimes the amount of water she consumes. She can easily drink entire bowl quick. I have a pet pug. It is male and 2 and a half years old. He was suffering from severe allergies and for medication was using steroid tablet on alternate days- wylone10mg. Recently he started peeing oddly and the vet doubts he is diabetic. Yesterday his FBS was 348 in India. So the vet advised to reduce the steroid to half- 5mg . We started so and immediately the itching and rashes reappeared. The vet says again using steroid can risk his health. poor thing , he groans at the itching . pls
Hello, 1-toothpaste:using petsmile,no complain, but pricey.Other enzymatic toothpastes like sentry petrodex, virbac cet, nutri vet are good too? Or petsmile is the best of the best? Having greenie daily too. 2-itch relief shampoo:vet suggested wash paws twice a day with down dish soap (unknown allergy, licks paws, eats fish food and it's a nightmare to give her med), I would to get a shampoo recommendation for her baths and confirm that is safe to wash her paws with Down in daily basis please. Thanks
Pepe has become... or I am just noticing an anxious dog. He is what I found online a “DINOS” dog. However, seems to be mostly with people/strangers. He goes to daycare 3 days weekly, so appears okay with most dogs. Are there any resources you can point me too? DINOS WEBSITE seems to be mostly for dog-dog anxiousness. He was to be a therapy dog with me to visit rehabs.... thinking that is a no go at this point. That is okay, I want to do what is best for Pepe. We are in traditional training c

Zoey is a 9 year old cavalier poodle mix. We played fletch for about an hr on Tuesday which usually lasts about 15 min any other day. Wednesday she woke up and was struggling with her home legs but still able to walk. It’s now Sunday and she is still having a difficult time. She also has episodes of panting and shaking, which only happens with her during storms and fireworks. I’m not sure what this means or what to do. She is our first dog.
We just found out that our dog has diabetes and an elevated level of ketone (1) and our vet is recommending multiple days at a hospital to get her back to "normal" diabetes. Blood work is also showing:a potential issue with the pancreas. Likely cost is $10,000. Is there any way to do this at home or with less cost? All of this started after she got a Next guard pill for fleas in early October.
