Dog got a cut on upper front leg, not sure if it's a bug bite or an actual cut. She licked that "cut" for a few days until that area was raw, so raw that the hair was gone and it was red and inflamed. We found her old ecoller from when she was spayed and put it on her. She's been wearing it a few weeks now, and the hair is growing back, but the couple times we've removed it she immediately begins licking that area. We have not gone to the vet.

My foster kitten is easily 3 to 4 months old now and has no testicles at all. I'm not sure if this is related but he refuses to go poop in the litter box. I have had him crated for about 2 weeks now and he will mostly go pee in the box I put in there but refuses to poop anywhere but his blanket. Could this be related to his lack of testicles? Is it a problem I need to address? Why will he pee in the litter box but never poop in there?
