Itchy...bathing with oatmeal shampoo...moisturizing conditioner...eating food for sensitive skin What else can I do to stop the itching & scratching ?

My Canary, Ringo, has not bathed for 6 days, now. He used to bathe every day or two. My husband says it's because the days are warmer, and the nights are too cold, in the house, for him to want to bathe. During Nights, it's about 65 degrees F. I live in Southern Ontario, Canada. Is Ringo ill, or is my Husband correct? For the past three days, I have put a Heater in his room, to keep him warmer, in the Winter, but he still won't bathe. Indoor Temperature is now 72 degrees F.

Since yesterday, Charlie has been kinda wobbly. He sometimes walks like he's drunk. Yesterday morning, he was laying on the couch with his head up but his head kept making rhythmic movements and from side to side. He's also been somewhat restless lately but when he finally gets comfortable, he sleeps very deeply. He is 13 1/2 years old and has had a lot of health issues in the past including parvo, distemper, and getting bit by a rattlesnake. His back legs also involuntarily shake.

Hi, I have a 9 yr old long haired male(desexed) tabby. I noticed several patches appearing on his back yesterday and one of them was a bit raw. I took him to the vet strait away and the vet said its something to do with his hormones. (I did notice him spraying on my wall today). However the vet literally spent about 2 mins with him and didnt seem to interested in checking him out. Gave him 2 needles of something to help and sent us off. Is the vet right or could it be more serious, like cancer?

I have a male cat that I suspect had a URI, I gave him 2 1mm doses of antibiotics over the past 2 days and his breathing is fine now and no sneezing...but now his left eye is very swollen and watery. It is the weekend and his vet is not working. Is there anything I can do for him?

Hello, we recently had our 1 yr old dog neutered (American Eskimo mixed with a Pomeranian). After about a week of recovery he managed to lick his wound and opened it enough that a little bit of liquid seeped out (not blood) this quickly scabbed overnight and had no signs that he was in pain. However my boyfriend noticed before our dog licked his wound that his prostate enlarged quite a bit and then quickly went back to normal size. I had also just witnessed this today and am getting concerned

Hi, this is kaixian, I have question regarding my puppies. Lately, I have 2 puppy around 2 month plus suffering for chronic diarrhea, their faeces are normally not in form but there are no visible mucous or blood so far. Yet i'm concerning about their puppy food. I'm now using a dry dog food with 30% protein and 16% fat, twice per day. And actually their parents used to had diarrhea when there are still puppies. Eventually, are they congenital diarrhea or food issue, and what med should give.tq

My pup had a hard belly and her belly was turning purple and she was looking pale. After he died she had a yellow liquid coming out of her mouth and her belly became soft. Is it possible he had an internal hemorrhage? If so can a pup get one from an impact? Or what I believe is it gdv ? And can you tell me from 1-10 chance of him surviving if went to a hospital immediately i found out about his purpleness and hard belly couple hours before his death. please let me know thank you so much.
