Hi there. You could try a daily natural calming supplement such as Zylkene or Composure, if you want to. An Adaptil pheromone collar can also be helpful for mild anxiety issues. If these things don't help, you may want to consider seeing a veterinary behaviorist to discuss a more comprehensive treatment plan for her anxiety issues, which may include prescription medication if needed. My puppy is a Great Dane Doberman mix, I'm not sure if I should give her puppy food or adult food because of the problems Great Danes have. I still have a few months until I bring her home.
I would feed Zelda a puppy food. Because she is a puppy, she will need higher amounts of calcium, protein, and calories than an adult dog, and a puppy formulated food will provide that. You can give Zelda a large breed puppy formulated food, and feed her according to the instructions on the bag. Do not free feed her. For days where it is very hot, you do want to avoid taking your dog for a walk at the hottest parts of the day (mid-day) especially on paved areas as your dog's feet can get burned. They do sell dog booties that you can put on your dog's feet to help protect them. If she has no skin/coat issues, just a gentle oatmeal shampoo is fine for bathing when needed. Most dogs do not need frequent bathing unless they are getting very dirty and bathing too often can dry their skin out. I wouldn't bathe more than every other week unless needed. My dog has very bad allergies and currently has some hotspots and what looks to be potential skin infections. His vet is familiar with this with him, but he has been at the vet several times in the past few months and I’d prefer not to stress him out

If you are unable to get him in to be seen by the veterinarian, I would recommend the below products, which can all be found online quite easily. Which supplement (s) should I give my 5 year old Shih Tzu. He has seasonal allergies, dandruff, dry itchy skin, hot spots, and is allergic to flea bites.
A part from treating with effective and appropriate prescription medications, some supplement based on omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids and vitamins could be beneficial. Coatex could be a good product.
