Why my pets doesnt want to eat either pellet or carrot.My pets only want drink a plenty water.

Hello Doctors, I just want to ask you about the proper way for extraction of nasal and rectal samples from pets, I'm working on a thesis along with my friend and we want to take samples from pets to research antibiotic transfer between pets and owners.
