Hi there and thanks for your post on Boop by Petco! I would recommend calming supplements for your pets that have L-theanine in them which can have a calming effect. I would recommend a product called Composure from VetriScience which comes in a liquid and chewable form. I have the product linked below: https://www.petco.com/shop/en/petcostore/product/vetri-science-laboratories-composure-canine-bite-sized-chews I hope this helps!

Hi, in terms of cat furniture don’t worry cats don’t need anything particularly fancy. They enjoy sitting on a shelf as in the picture and look outside the window. You would add some cardboard boxes that can also work as cratching posts and a couple of pillow on the bookshelf. I think the feeding area would better be moved, because being right in front of the windows is exposed, they can see/be seen and could spot something that might upset them. It is also advisable to keep feeding areas away from their litter tray and perhaps moving it would help increasing this distance. Are there only two cats in the room ? If so also consider the number of litter trays. I mo not sure how many you have at present, and if things work out well I probably would suggest not to change them. You can find lots of ideas in building/creating cat furniture from ikea furniture if you fancy a change in the future. Also cats will need to be active and interact with you so make sure you consider this in your rou

Hello. I would stop the Cap Shield Plus because it contains lufernon & so does the Sentinel. Lufernon is useful for flea control, but does not kill adult fleas. You can use a similar product just called Capstar, & this can be used daily, if necessary to kill adult fleas. Or, you can administer it as needed if you see fleas. It is safe to give with the Sentinel. You can also use something else to kill your adult fleas & get ticks, such as Frontline Gold, Advantix or even a Seresto Collar to compliment the Sentinel. Thanks for using Boop by Petco.

Hi there and thank you for using Boop by Petco to address your concern. Based on the pictures you provided, I suspect this may be a bacterial skin infection. This may have been a pustule that has ruptured. I would recommend using the below products, which can all be found online quite easily. If these do not help, I would recommend having a veterinarian examine Lalo if possible so that the most appropriate diagnostic and treatment recommendations can be made. 1. Douxo PS Chlorhexidine combination shampoo and bathe twice weekly until resolved 2. Malacetic conditioning spray and apply to the area 2-3 times per day until resolved 3. Welactin omega 3 fish oil 4. Essential 6 spot on by Dermoscent
