I'm in the process of switching my dog over to the honest kitchen dehydrated dog food. So far she is doing fine but I've read some reviews that said their dog was having more frequent bowel movements and that the stool was larger with bits of undigested food in it. Is this normal or would this be something to be concerned about? So far she has only been in this food for a few days. Please explain, thanks!
Hi. One of my 2 cats will not stay off the kitchen counter. Whenever I walk in kitchen he is always by my side. I can’t even eat or cook anymore because he is all over the food. Please Help!
This question is for david elezbeth: Is 30-50% carbs an appropriate amount in dog food? I just started my dog on honest kitchen dehydrated dog food and these are the typical range in carbs. Is this to much? Also some reviewers have posted that their dog had more voluminous stool and went more frequently with bits of food still present in the stool. Is this normal? Chloe seems to be doing fine but I am noticing the bits of food in her stool. Is this ok to continue with this food?
How can I prevent my pets from getting on the kitchen counter? Punishment doesn't help.
Hi -My 5yr old Sheltie just has his annual exam. The only problem seems to be high cholesterol of 520. He has been eating Honest Kitchen Base mix plus we add 93% fat free protein. Rocky is appears to be healthy other than panting a lot which we think is because he is a very anxious dog and he urinates about average. We plan on upping his protein to 97% fat free and adding Viva Fish Oil and retest in 2 months. Do you think a Thyroid and/or Adrenal test is necessary first?
So for the past few months my cat wanted to be alone in the kitchen she all the sudden wants to come out and be the center of attention could this mean she was sick but is now feeling better?
I accidentally dropped 2 1mg xanax on the kitchen floor, I found one, but cannot find the other one after three hours of looking and cleaning. If my 12.8 pound dog finds this will it harm him. I tried calling my vet, but did not receive a call back. I have the kitchen blocked off but am afraid my sister's dog (35 pounds beagle mix) could get in. I also Checked the dining room floor, but doubt it could have gone that far. Again, is a 1mg pill dangerous?
My cat has got into the habit of going into the kitchen and the dining room and away from me then staying there and meowing/crying, thishas happened for 3 days now. What is a matter with her?
My dog is leaking from his genitals a yellowish brownish fluid. We kept finding spots on the kitchen floor and we figured out that it's from him. Is this normal??
My cat has been consistently sneezing since yesterday. We had some remodeling done on our kitchen sink where she roams so we think that could be the answer? We’re not sure if we should take her to the vet. Thanks!
Hello. I was studying and i went to kitchen to make coffee, then my cat ate a piece of the book. My question is how to prevent Luna from eating books and tissues?
My house didn’t come with ceiling fans. And with this hot summer weather I invested in one for my kitchen. I installed it and was turning it on and off to see how it works and both my cats were fine with it they were their normal selves. I had it off for a few hours and when I turned it on, my girl was underneath the fan and she got afraid and ran away. Now she won’t go in the kitchen. Which is where her food is and she has to pass through to get to her litter. What to do to help her??
