My horses manure is charge in size and has trouble passing it. Sometimes I have to go in and scoop it out.
I have noticed that my 2 cats are not completing their dry food bowls as quickly as they used to, a whole day might pass without them completing their first dry food scoop. They do enjoy their wet food as always though. What can I do to make sure that they eat their dry food (which I prefer over wet food) and make sure that they are not underfed? I only feed them a small scoop of wet food every 10-12 hours.
My cat Nugget is doing this weird thing with his mouth as if hes trying to eat a big scoop of peanut butter but theres nothing in his mouth. Hes been doing it for about 4 days now.
Hi, is it ok to leave dry food out for cats 24/7 ? And why does my cat scoop the food out with his paws and eat them on the floor sometimes? We didn't change his bowl and he eats normally most times.
What would be the most common reasons behavior-wise a dachshund would be over weight? Current conditions that come to mind: No cage, doggy door to the backyard available at all times, 1 scoop with an 8oz cup of dog food shared between another dachshund(mixed with Chihuahua) per day, 1 Beggin Strip.
So my puppy had trouble gaining weight due to a Food allergy and so he’s been on a bland diet of fresh boiled chicken and rice and one small scoop of cottage cheese and feeding twice a day. He was 61 pounds when the Vet last saw him and wanted to definitely gain weight so I just wanted to ask for a standard poodle/Newfoundland mix how’s his body shape. Also how do I weigh him?
I have a 2 year old rescue cat I adopted in May, she had a litter of 5 kittens last November before being fixed. She's recently in the last few months starting urinating on furniture and clean rugs. We also have 2 Male cats so we make sure to scoop the litter box 2 times a day. Does anyone know why she would be doing this and any ideas to get her to stop.
Our cat was raised with a self-cleaning litter box. About a month ago I bought a regular litter box and regular litter and she used that but we didn't like having to scoop it every day so we went bac to the self-cleaning litter box. The box is kept in the master bathroom and the cat has started soiling in the bedroom at the entrance to the bathroom. Why won't she use the self-cleaning box now?
Hello. My little princess has spit up twice within 24 hours - once yesterday and this morning. It was slightly foamy but mostly clear. She’s already had her first shot on 2/8 (Pavo) and her fecal has been tested (very healthy, no parasites or worms). She hasn’t been around other animals or exposed to anything that could possibly make her sick. However, she’s developed a bad habit of noshing on her poop (which I often scoop immediately).
I adopted 2 kittens at 3 months who are now 10 months old. Brother & sister. Their main area is a room with their beds, food, water, and 2 litter boxes--one is Scoopfree with automatic cleaning, and the other a regular litter box, from which I scoop feces every day. Someone has decided to take a piece or 2 of poo out and bat them around the room, when I'm not there. What can I do to prevent that?
Briggs & I have moved 3 times this year because of a divorce. I am moving again back to our house he knows. Should I take him then or leave him with my current roommate for a week and then take him? Briggs is an easily excited cat. My ex was super hyper but Briggs has mellowed out quite a bit. I feel it would be better to have him with me than leave him then scoop him up??
Hi, about 3 hours ago, I accidentally gave my 11yo shih tzu 1 100mg Doxycycline that was meant for my other dog, a Shar Pei. My shih tzu just had his first dose of his actual prescription: 1mL Co-Amoxiclav, 1 tab Methiovet, & 1 small scoop of Renal P. He is only 8 pounds. He is sleeping right now as it is night time. Will he be seriously hurt by the added wrong med of Doxy esp when it's quite a high dosage meant for a much bigger dog?
