That's cool that the recovery suit will work for her then. The cost of crates vary by location, so I would check costs in pet stores, as well as checking online sites that resell things (like Ebay if you have that in Bosnia & Herzegovina). You may be able to buy one second hand. Yes, she can eat her regular food :-)

You are too kind! Yes, a recovery suit would be a great option if Bella will wear one, and crating her is also an excellent idea. It would keep her from running and jumping, and would help keep her quiet.

Hello. Poor baby. You can use an Elizabethan cone to keep her from reaching the area. There are the rigid plastic ones which might stress her out, so I would find one of the soft, flexible ones, or one that blows up like a soft neck collar. They also make body suits for dogs that can be used after surgeries & to protect wounds. You can ask your vet for a recommendation but here is one you can buy on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Suitical-Recovery-Suit-Dogs-medium/dp/B00W2EHJWE. Thanks for using Boop by Petco.

Hi and thanks for using Boop by Petco! Sorry to hear that Nevaeh is going to have surgery this Friday. Great question regarding supplements. I would advise that you check out the following website- http://www.vrshealth.com/canine-products/?petcoach=1977951 Look at Canine Omega Benefits and Osteo TruBenefits I wish you and her the best of luck. I hope she does great.

The problem with the surgical suit is that it may not let the incision breathe as well as it should in order to quickly heal. You could try an inflatable collar - it looks like an airplane pillow and sold at the pet stores. Make sure you get a big enough size - if it is too small it won't work. This works well with most incisions on the body but doesn't work for anything on a leg/foot. I hope this helps!
