There are so many high quality foods available for dogs that it can be confusing, and marketing becomes the biggest tool that food companies have to try to give their food the "edge." Be aware that this has led to A LOT of general misinformation. I give you this information openly and honestly as a professional who has devoted the last 10+ years to the health and care of pets. Dogs (and wolves for that matter) are omnivores, meaning they have evolved to seek to eat and digest meat AND plant material. Thanks for visiting Boop by Petco. You would simply mix the puppy milk replacement formula half and half or 3/4th (milk) and 1/4th (solid food) with the starter pedigree food. Thanks for using Boop by Petco! I personally like the Purina Pro Plan diets as well as the Hill's Science Diet foods as I think they are both palatable and highly nutritious. In terms of treats, I think the milk bones products are both nutritious, palatable and reasonably priced. Good luck and best wishes!
My personal (and totally independent of Boop by Petco or Petco) recommendation would be the FitBark2. It is small, durable and links to my FitBit. It is at the top of the list here too: https://www.caninejournal.com/dog-activity-monitor/
