Thanks for visiting Boop by Petco. You would simply mix the puppy milk replacement formula half and half or 3/4th (milk) and 1/4th (solid food) with the starter pedigree food. Then slowly decrease the amount of milk replacement over the course of a week until Ooge is completely on solid food. Here is a website link also that describes this transition more in detail. https://m.petco.com/shop/PetcoContentDisplayView?catalogId=10051

Hi, thanks for using Boop by Petco! Messiah is adorable! Choking is usually from the milk building up in the back of the throat or going down the wrong pipe (food/liquid should go down the esophagus not the trachea which is the tube that leads in to the lungs). He may be taking the bottle too fast, slow him down, hold him up for a while after , even try a different puppy formula. Also be sure to check the roof of his mouth to be sure there isn't a cleft palate (hole in roof of the mouth). I wish you the best!
HI, thanks for using Boop by Petco! At 4 weeks old Almond should be very close to or completely weaned and eating kitten food. I would start feeding her canned kitten food and provide water in a dish. I personally do not think a cat or dog would drink from a sippy cup.I wouldn't stress over the sippy cup I would just get her off the bottle and provide fresh water in a dish. I hope this helps and I wish you and Almond the best!
Hi, thanks for using Boop by Petco! I do not think you did anything wrong but that this was a freak aspiration of the milk down the wind pipe (trachea). I would start weaning all the kittens now. Mix the formula in to canned kitten food and offer the bottle less and less. I recommend starting bottle fed kittens on kitten food starting at 3 weeks. I am so sorry this happened
Typically around 3 to 4 weeks with a slow transition over several weeks. They can not just stop bottle feeding during the transition period. This page will help. amp/s/mobile.petcoach.co/amp/article/orphaned-puppies-how-to-raise-them
