Great question! Seasonal allergies to grasses and plants outside are quite common. The next time, be sure to wipe Snoop's whole body down with a damp cloth to remove any lingering pollen or debris to limit his contact with these substances. Also consider discussing antihistamine administration with Snoop's vet as an ongoing preventative measure. If he becomes excessively itchy and his pink lesions worsen, he could be developing a skin infection from all of his scratching, which would require veterinary attention. I hope that all goes well!

This is perfect! (We basically just don’t want people buying pumpkin pie filling!) PS- You may notice Cruz producing a little more stool from the extra fiber - it’s nothing to worry about! Tell Cruz to enjoy!

Poor Snoop. His reluctance to move and lack of energy makes me worry that he may be in pain. Orthopedic problems usually present as slight behavior changes as you described. He could've possibly hurt his hindlimbs or spine. I'd highly recommend having him seen by a veterinarian for an orthopedic examination and physical exam. They can help isolate the origin of his discomfort if present.

Hi and good question! The short answer to this is... yes! Smoke inhalation can also cause health problems for our pets as well. Like humans, dogs can experience compromised lung function due to exposure to smoke. Dogs that have underlying health issues such as COPD, heart disease, lung disease, or who are of the Brachycephalic breeds are more at risk. Please keep Holly away from the smoke!

Hi, thanks for using Boop by Petco! Poor Jax! This is a serious phobia now if he won't go outside after dark. I highly recommend taking Jax to your Vet for medications. I would recommend starting a long acting anti-anxiety medication like Prozac. You will need to be proactive for fireworks and thunder storms for the future. You should have a short acting sedative to give before fireworks and thunderstorms. During these events he should be in a safe room with the TV AND a radio on. Do not force him outdoors during these times. You need to start desensitizing him towards firework noise now. That means playing a recording on a low volume while feeding him delicious treats and gradually increasing the volume. The goal being that he will associate GOOD things with the firework noise instead of fear. You will need to do something similar to get him back outside at night in combination with drugs. Good luck!
