My dog has several patchy, dry, scaly spots and I've used Septiderm-V as shampoo for months now and still have dry scaly spots. What should I do next? She's 10 yrs old and a mix Chihuahua/poodle. I give her Royal Canin for mature dog food.

We have one Doberman female she is having skin problem from last 6 months we have provide her some therapy as following 1.Dectomax 0.3ml per 10kg once a week 2VMP multivitamin daily 3.Cephalosporin antibiotics 500mg 1perday.4.garlic tablets per day 1. But doing this therapy for one month we have recovered the problem but after few days this skin problem has again started and we are not able to solve the problem .Plz suggest me some medicines of some therapy plz.
Dog has been having these patches(attached pics) 5 mos. Now. Vet has prescribed him with chlorphenaime, prednizone, scavon, mycocide, itraconazole, atopex, even injected anti-mange but can’t seem to pinpoint what this is. He is also on a hypoallergenic diet.
