Sentinel Spectrum Heartworm Medicine for Dogs

Is Sentinel Spectrum with the active ingredient praziquantel/broad spectrum, just as good as an injection of bimeda injection at vets office?

We are giving our 40 pound beagle the sentinel spectrum, it's for heartworm, fleas and says treats and controls tapeworms, whip,round and hook worms. It is a chewable. Is it to much to also put a seresto 8 month collar on him also? Is it necessary?

First time this happened. Utd on shots. Diarrhea with mucus and white specs and blood. 2 year old catahoula leopard female dog. I’m very worried about her. Anything I can do until I can get her to the vet Monday. On heartworm medicine sentinel spectrum. She ate rice and drank water after this bowel movement. Seems lethargic

We just had his initial appointment with the vet for his shots and a general health check up he is completely healthy but they wanted to give him some preventative medications for fleas and ticks and also for heartworms tapeworms and hookworms. He gave me sentinel spectrum for all the worms and he gave me nexgard for the fleas and ticks but they both say they treat for fleas. Should I be giving him both of these medications or is it as unnecessary as I think? I don’t want to give him so many.

My dog is on sentinel but I found 2 fleas on him. He doesn't itch or bite so I'm thinking it was something picked up today. What steps should I take next? Capstar and clean/wash everything really well? Should he be taking something in addition to the sentinel to help prevent this from happening again? I originally thought sentinel did prevent this but I guess it just prevents reproduction. I can't bomb the apartment because the windows don't open so I want to solve this ASAP.
