Hi, my dog just got spayed today and I am wondering how long is it okay for her to go without urinating? She had a surgery around 10am and is at home since 2pm, ate a bit of wet food but refuses to drink and is still clearly "under influence". She didn't even want to go move outside not to mention peeing. When will no urinating or pooping become a concern?

Hey my cat had surgery on his fron leg and got stitches from his arm pit to elbow area. Its has been two weeks and the stitches around his elbow are not holding and he has exposed skin. I took him back to our vets and they redid the stitiches but the same thing has happened. I don't know what to do to prevent the stitches from coming out. I want my car to heal please help.
