1. Cats seem to like me. I personally have four cats. 2. Cats love to eat! They also like to play and get love. 3. Cats are obligate carnivores, which means they need to eat meat to survive. Different cats have different tastes. My cats love tuna, and all cats love meat and fish. I have a cat who loves to eat potato chips, especially sour cream and onion ones. She will come running if she hears a bag opening. 4. It is never ok to give cats milk. They are lactose intolerant and can't digest it. It will give them diarrhea. 5. Again, it depends on the cat. Some cats like chasing balls, while other like chasing animals on a string or feathers. 6. The Persian is #1, followed by the Maine Coon, and then the Exotic. 7. You may try giving him commercial cats treats (there is a brand called Temptations that most cats seem to love). Greenies are treats that are actually good for their teeth and come in many flavors as well. Any type of meat you give Pelly needs to be lean and free of fat and cooked. You may try a small amount (like a pinky finger nail size) of beef or turkey. Remember this should only be in moderation. These foods could upset his tummy if he is sensitive or they are given in excess. I hope this helps.

Yes of course. You can try hiding the pills in his freeze dried treat or any treat for that matter. If he grows tired of that too you can also try “Pill pockets” which are pliable soft aromatic treats specifically designed for giving pets daily medication. You can find these at your vet clinic or at some pet stores. Best wishes with your pet Tony and keeping up with his laundry list of medications. : ) Take care.

I wouldn't worry about dry food being left out unless it's not being finished in a couple of days. Your vet may carry Virbac Dental treats or Greenies for cats, either one of those should help keep her teeth clean and be a tasty treat.

It’s difficult to tell, but I don’t find it’s particularly common for a cat to suddenly change preferences as an adult and become picky. If your vet is concerned about periodontal disease it might be best to go ahead and schedule a full oral and dental exam under anesthesia if it was recommended- there are many oral and dental problems that just can’t be seen on an unsedated oral exam.
