Purina Beneful

So I asked a question about dog food not long ago and a vet here said that Vets usually recommend foods like Hills and Purina because big companies have medical and nutrition specialists on staff. Purina is pretty big and if their foods are checked, compared to the boutique outfits, why Pro Plan and not Alpo or beneful? Those are also made by Purina. Just an example.

My dog Cora is now a year and 2 months old, and I want to switch her food from puppy to adult. She is currently eating the Purina beneful healthy puppy food. She’s about 60 pounds and a German Shepherd mix. Do you have any food recommendations?

Difference between Purina Pro Plan and Purina One for Kittens

I usually mix some canned food with my Buddy's dry kibbles, but im not sure im feeding him a good high quality one. I usually buy Beneful, is it ok?

Hi guys, we are puppy sitting lexi and she's been great so far. Her family feed her ceasar soft food cans and Purina beneful kibble. We have had her for a week. The first few days, we mixed in the soft food with her kibble and then we slowly fazed that out and gave her only kibble. Now, it's been 7 days. However, she didn't eat last night. She had an accident in the house over night and in the morning and the morning poo had a slight mucus lining. What is wrong? She is 8 y/o

Which is best? Wellness, Purina Pro, Hills. or Canidae? I know Purina Pro is recommended a lot on here but the amount of controversial ingredients listed is huge compared to Canidae or Wellness.

Is purina pro plan kidney function advanced care canned diet as good a prescription kidney diet as royal Canin and hills canned kidney diets? Purina seems to be the one my cat prefers most. Thanks!
