Hi and thanks for your post! You can try either adding a few tablespoons of plain canned pumpkin (not the pie filling) to help fill her up or you can try switching to a different diet- Royal Canin Satiety Food which can help satisfy hunger. This is a prescription diet from Katy's veterinarian. I would ask her veterinarian if they feel this diet would be right for Katy. I hope this helps and thanks for using Boop by Petco!

Thanks for using Boop by Petco! I would recommend that you consider adding 1 teaspoon of canned pumpkin to her meals which can help with constipation. If no improvement, I recommend that you have her evaluated by a veterinarian for further assessment and recommendations. Best of luck!

Skinless, Boiled boneless chicken breast torn into small pieces is a great snack option. This is also my favorite supplement to add to her regular diet as well, it may help her feel more satisfied; http://www.drsfostersmith.com/product/prod_display.cfm?pcatid=32867

Hello, if you could recall the protein source or flavor of the food they really liked and had little to no digestive issues, then I would try something similar to that. Certain cats can have reactions to different kind of proteins and ingredients, so offering a novel protein (fish, duck, venison, lamb), limited ingredient (sweet potato, peas) diet is likely the best way to approach her GI issues. Hope this helps and best of luck.

Thank you for using Boop by Petco! If Lady Patches is losing weight, it can definitely be due to her dental disease. However, other causes for weight loss include underlying medical conditions such as hyperthyroidism, diabetes, IBD, and cancer - all of these and others can be ruled out by your vet. You can definitely encourage Lady Patches to eat more by moistening her dry food or getting a food that is in smaller pieces. There are multivitamins available for senior cats, but they do not provide many calories. I hope this helps and am happy to answer any other questions you have!
