Is Simarica and Apoquel good medications for mange and allergies?

My dog took acepromazine (for the last time as it makes him anxious) before the vet today. He re-chipped a nail he cracked five days ago. I didn't ask the vet if he could take rimadyl for pain on top of the acepromazine, and his foot is now hurting. He is 55 lb pit mix 2.5 years old

Dr. Amber Hinson with pet coach suggested Renu Plex Plus shampoo for Mange. When I shampoo with this shampoo does it bring mites to surface of skin. Wondering if I should groom before applying. Definitely dont want to agrevate mites prior to me shaving then down.

what can cabaser cabergoline do if its not a pseudo pregnancy? her second night on them and vomited 3 times the first night (tablet with food) and vomited once so far tonight (tablet 30-40mins after food). sits there shaking/shivering and licking lips before she vomits. first night she vomited 2 hours after tablet & food again 2 hours later then again 3 hours later. tonight she vomited 1 hour after tablet

Bella weights 90 pounds and she has always given by her veterinarian ACEPROMAZINE to help her deal with her fear and anxiety. She always takes 1 tablet/25 mg 60 minutes before she is seen. One tablet seems to do nothing to her, can i give her 1 1/2 tablets of 25 mg.?

Capi is an 8 year old rot mix with hip dsyplexia in his right hip. Has been vomiting once a day for two days straight. Thinking it might be a side affect of the vet profen medicine he is on. Have a vet appointment next week. Not sure if he is a good candidate for surgery since he vomits pain medicine whenever he is put on one.
