Im trying to switch to pet safe cleaning products. One that i currently use is called cif power and shine (dont think its available in the US, so im leaving a picture of the ingredients and their function), would you say its safe or not as dangerous
This product should be fine to use. As with any cleaners, obviously ingestion would not be good but just being around the scent or walking on surfaces that have been cleaned with this product (once dry) should be fine.

Have Pika examined by your veterinarian. Her anal glands may need to be expressed (emptied) on a regular basis. If there is infection or inflammation, your veterinarian can prescribe or dispense the appropriate medication. He or she can also show you how to express the glands yourself...if you're up to the task. Adding in some additional fiber to Pika's diet may aid in natural anal gland expression when she defecates. Plain canned pumpkin (NOT pie filling) is commonly used for this. Mix in 1 teaspoon of pumpkin per 10lbs body weight once or twice daily.

So sorry, I don't think we have any experts from your region of the world. That makes it hard for us to make any recommendations as we do not know what you have access to there. If Bella is having no issues with her skin or coat, you can always use a baby shampoo for humans. That will be your best bet at something gentle. My cat has peed on various horizontal surfaces (probably due to inflammation in the bladder according to the vet) and my family is struggling with removing the smell with Dettol. Will it eventually have an effect? And are there of the shelf material
An enzymatic cleaner such as Nature's Miracle is the best for removing urine. It works by breaking down the actual urine particles to help remove smell and reduce staining. You can then use another cleaner as needed. Be sure to test any spots first with the enzymatic cleaner to make sure it doesn't harm what you are cleaning. Clothing and other loose fabrics can also be washed.
