My rabbit has avoided the greens I've tried to give her (spinach & celery), are there any greens rabbits would definitely eat without avoidance?
I give my dog pumpkin to fill her Kong in the morning. (1 tbsp.) But I also like to give her pureed greens and fruit. (2 tbsp) Should I give her the greens at night or in the morning with the pumpkin? Thanks!
Is it ok to give pureed greens and fruits instead of pumpkin for anal glands. My dog doesn't like the pumpkin but will eat the greens and fruits. I usually resort to having to force feed her the pumpkin, which I'm sure is unpleasant to her. Won't the greens and fruits have fiber as well? I just made a batch and she seems to like it. Plus I was doing the pumpkin for 2 months and she still needed to have her glands expressed. (The fluid was a good consistency though) thanks!
How much greens should I feed my red eared slider with pyramiding and soft shell at a time.Should I feed both pellets and greens together in a day?Which heat lamp brand do you recommend and how many watts should I buy if the lamp is 21 cm away from the dock?
Hi, I've had my young pet rabbit for 3 months. She seems fine, eats hay, a small amount of pellets and healthy greens, but she's not gaining weight. She weighs 4 pounds now. I'm not sure how old she is. Would you be concerned? Thanks, Betsy
My beardie has been more picky lately and won’t eat her greens. Any tips?
My bearded dragon is very lethargic, his poop is yellow and runny and we’re concerned he’s not eating. He has proper lighting and is being fed the same food he was at the pet store (crickets and greens). We’ve had him for about two an a half weeks so I’m hesitant to say he’s just reacclimatizing. Any advice?
I've been giving my dog greens and pumpkin for the past few weeks. I usually give one tablespoon of each. I also give her 8 carrot chips as snacks. Lately she has been having loose stools. I'm frustrated because I consider the stool to be an indicator of good health and it also helps express her anal glands when they are formed. Right now she is on Orijen six fish (4% fiber.) Im considering just cutting out the pumpkin and greens altogether. What would you do? Would she be getting enough veggies
My Bearded dragon does not for the lifeof him want to eat his greens and recently his poop was sorta undigested superworms
So Loki is almost two years old ND still wants to eat more bugs than greens. is this normal? If not any suggestions?
I adopted a red eared slider turtle from my shelter who was abandoned. Everything I’ve read says I need to feed him leafy greens and pellets. He won’t touch them. I’ve even tried soaking them in tuna before giving them to him. The only thing I can get him to eat is shrimp. I’m worried he’s going to get sick from lack of greens/pellets. Any suggestions on how to get him to eat these? Or any types he might find more desirable? I’ve had him for a month.
Hie there! I have a dutch dwarf bunny. Attached are his x-rays. Please can you take a look and advise me on pathological changes in them. History: Stopping pooping a week back, a vet noticed tenderness in his lower stomach area. He was put on Amoxicillin, cisapride and Eloxyn. After a week, pooping was still pretty small, weight loss of about 200 grams and food preference was only greens. I was feeding critical care but stopped because he was eating greens. This is the x-ray from day before.
