Happy birthday, Peko! I'm not entirely sure what smackers and petsile fruits are, but they look to be some sort of seed treat made especially for birds, so it should be OK to give. If you'd like to give the birds a special treat, some veggies such as salad greens, berries, fruits like a little apple or pear, etc can all be given as a fun snack as an alternate option. Other items such as spray millet are another fun treat most budgies enjoy. Make sure you are giving any treats in moderation and still feeding their regular diet to ensure they stay healthy and do not have any GI upset.

Without knowing how long you've had your bird, it would be hard to give more tailored recommendations. Birds can be very picky and afraid of new things at first, especially if you've recently purchased it. I would continue to offer a variety of items to let your bird get used to seeing them, etc, and give it a chance to finally sample some. Be sure to pick up anything spoiled and keep trying!

Taming birds takes a lot of time, patience and consistency. You may want to find a favorite treat of theirs, and begin offering it only when you approach the cage. Getting them used to you first without handling them can help them gradually overcome any fear and prevent extra stress. Once comfortable, you can then move onto feeding them from your hand, petting them, etc. If at any time they do become stressed, taking a break until they calm down and then returning to the previous step they were comfortable with is best. They would be fine with a sufficient quantity of a fortified cockatiel seed mix, water and a few seed sticks or blocks. Avoid the dried fruits as they can be sticky or may attract pests. If you can have a neighbor, friend or family member check in on them, that would be optimal.

If your cockatiel was not hand tamed then she may be less social and not as handleable. It will take a lot of time and patience to get her hand tame. Try using treats and just leaving your hand in there until she is more used to you. You can find video, guides online for, hand taming your bird. Some birds never tame up and are always less social, but with patience many will come around. Good luck to you!
