What will clear up a respiratory respiratory

I have a standard poodle, she is 7y and has chronic otitis. I use Dexoryl every day and it gets better for 3 weeks or so but immediately after her next bath it deteriorates again. I have tried putting cotton in her ears to prevent water from getting in but it annoys her and she shakes her head and gets it out. is there a permanent solution? because she is in a lot of discomfort daily, she scratches her ears pretty intensely

My dog got ahold of an O2-oxygen pouch in a jerky bag. I cant tell how much was eaten but shes vomited and has had stool that's been partially black twice. I'm unable to get to a vet right away due to being an over the road truck driver. Shes a 10 month, 5-15lb chihuahua mix. Shes acting normal now but I'm worried for the future..

My dog is a 9 year old toy poodle/Pomeranian mix. She has a severe heart murmur and is in heart failure. She's coughing constantly and has a hard time breathing. Last time she went in to vet, they kept her in ICU and put her in oxygen therapy. It really helped her. We asked if they would send home an rx for oxygen tank and a doggie mask but they said the only do that for lung problems. I don't understand why bc she's having a terrible time breathing. Should I try another vet?

What vacs do u recommend for a 24/7 indoor cat.. are all truly needed? never exposed to outdoor cats. ty
