Hi! I'm sorry to hear about Gracie's breathing problems! When dogs are in congestive heart failure, they are often on Lasix (to help dry the lungs), and Vet-Medin (to help heart function). Is Gracie on medication? If not, your vet can help her out with medications. If she is already on medications, and oxygen therapy is helpful, we sometimes will keep a pet on oxygen for a day or night, to give them a boost. Unfortunately, we generally don't have people treating their pets at home with Oxygen therapy, although it really probably would be helpful! My advice would be to call your vet and let them know that Gracie is really struggling, to see if more can be done to help her! Best of luck!

Thanks for using Boop by Petco! There are many omega 3 supplements you can buy online. I prefer the Nordic natural products that you can get from amazon as they are high quality and well-tolerated. It does help with the dandruff and skin issues in general. Good luck!

Hello. Honestly, I recommend either Nordic Naturals or Bayer Free Form Snip Tips. Both of these are highly recommended by veterinary dermatologists, too. You will need to call other veterinarians to see who carries Cytopoint. You can cover a kennel with plastic and leave a vent in the back and put the oxygen tube at the front. But I have to caution you that it is risky doing this at home without proper equipment and monitoring due to the risk of carbon monoxide not releasing properly. You turn the oxygen up all the way. You should also have a way to humidify the oxygen, such as putting the tubing in a bowl of water. It should only be used short-term while waiting for medications to remove fluid from the lungs.
