Hook up to the inside shower was easy. The nozzle works fine, I wish the thumb lever stopped the water flow completely, but it just restricts it to a lower setting....maybe mine is defective?... Because it gets worse unfortunately, the plastic/rubber nipples that protrude are literally deteriorating/falling apart after approx 12 uses, Indoors?! I have never used this outside, I have a nozzle for that outside, its the regular sprayer nozzle for the garden/lawn. This is one of the more expensive dog wash sprayers, it should not be deteriorating after just a dozen or so uses, plus being indoors, protected from any and all outside elements that CAN wreak havoc on plastics. I have attempted contact with this company "oxygenics.com" for a replacement, I WILL update to let everyone know how it went.

I'm so to hear your having issues with the nozzles and lever. Our showerheads come with a limited lifetime performance warranty. We will replace all parts that are defective, if we are unable to replace the part, we will replace the entire Oxygenics shower unit. Proof of purchase from the original consumer must accompany all warranty claims. To get your claim started, please reach out to us at 1-800-344-3242 se we can assist you further.

Not the best quality. Hose started leaking below the handle after about a dozen uses. Very disappointing because I like the messaging head and flow of water. It leaks in a way that makes it unusable. Every time I bend the handle water spays out where it connects to the hose.

No, I do not recommend this product.

The coupling that holds the hose to the adapter is soooo thin! While we were installing it it snapped. Cheap plastic!

My problem is there is nothing to attach the sprayer to when your not using it. So you have to let it hang down in the tub or take the hose and sprayer off when not in use.

This has made washing my dog so much easier. The bristles on the head of the device makes it simple to lather and scrub so you don’t need a separate sponge or cloth.

I bought this product today and I hope this review helps another buyer! I’m a dog mom of three and showers are always a hassle. I was hesitant on buying this because I wasn’t sure if it would work with my shower or any of our Fossetts. It was very easy set up an even came with the plumbers tape, and very easy to use! I set up in my shower the package came with an adapter that has a switch, to switch between shower and dog shower, Different levels of water pressure and the top can be used as a shampooer instead of your hand! it was definitely a great purchase!

I love this item sooo much! I was worried it wouldn’t hook up to my shower, but it’s the easiest setup ever and works like a charm. My husky hates bath time, especially when we aren’t able to go to a big tub at the groomers. This has made baths so much easier! The different water modes as well as the brush on the head are awesome for getting down to the skin. The water pause feature is awesome too when I’m putting on shampoo. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

This particular one only comes with a 2-way diverter to connect to shower head pipe and a spigot adapter, so you have options to wash your pet inside or outside.
