Their products are manufactured in Nebraska, and their hay is all grown in the USA. The Simple Rewards line of Oxbow small animal treats has a variety of flavors, like sweet snacks containing apples, bananas and strawberries, or more savory munchies that include dill and bell pepper. There are baked treats and delectable freeze-dried fruits. The baked treats all contain hay, which is a vital staple in many small animals’ diets.
The Oxbow Essentials line has feed for all sorts of small animals—like rabbits, rats, gerbils, guinea pigs and chinchillas. It contains the vitamins and minerals needed to give your small pets a well-rounded, wholesome meal. All Oxbow Essentials products include Timothy hay, which is known for its digestibility. Oxbow pet products small animal waterers and bottles come in a variety of sizes and shapes. The water bottles are designed to be dripless, and they also have chew-proof versions made of glass and metal if gnawing is a problem. The Oxbow Enriched Life food bowl can be great to hold either feed or water, and it’s designed not to tip over. The forage bowl helps them slow down while eating, and they can add some fun to food time while encouraging moderation by making the food a little more challenging to eat.
The Oxbow Pure Comfort litter is made of 100% pure, never-printed paper and comes in either white or tan for a soft and comfy bed for your critters to snuggle in or burrow into. It is purity tested and free of additives, and the bedding can trap up to 800% of its weight in moisture for excellent absorbency and odor control.
Oxbow Eco-Straw litter is made entirely of wheat straw and is naturally absorbent and dust-free. It clumps for easy disposal, and the pellets expand to hold 300% of its weight in moisture. It’s also consumable, so if your pet eats it, there’s no need to stress—it actually has a high fiber content. Along with small animals, they also have larger Eco-Straw pellets for large rabbits and cats.

Thank you for using Boop by Petco! You can get Lilli some huts and nesting/bedding material to hide/play in. Guinea pigs enjoy burrowing/tunneling so things like huts and pipes are fun for them. You can find plenty of options in pet stores, or make things your self out of shredded paper, toilet paper rolls, PVC pipe, etc. I hope this helps and am happy to answer any other questions you may have!

Oxbow is a good quality company for diet but should not be used as a sole diet. Loose hay (timothy hay) should also be provided, free choice, to allow wear of teeth. Is the area moist, as in drooling? Dental disease is not uncommon in guinea pigs. Cheek teeth are difficult to examine at home but typically the animals with cheek teeth concerns are either drooling or having difficulty prehending/chewing food. Other things that can cause some hair loss under the chin is rubbing the chin on items (trying to stick his face through wire bars), bacterial or fungal skin infections or contact allergies. Have you recently changes bedding material? If the chin is moist (drooling), a veterinarian with experience with exotic companion mammals, should be able to help you.

You want to make sure to use a dust free bedding. The two that I recommend are Carefresh and Aspen pellets. Good ventilation and low dust are very important for the health of guinea pig lungs. Please feel free to post any additional questions.

Congrats on your new hedgehog, and thanks for using Boop by Petco! As hedgehogs love burrowing, if you aren't providing a deep layer of bedding for her to burrow in, a small enclosure would be the next most ideal. There are many commercially available huts, sleep shacks, and bags that ST.Hedgie would love, and it will really depend on your needs and her likes. Some hedgehogs prefer the plastic, dome-type huts, and some prefer soft sacks. Cleaning will be easiest with plastic, but she may prefer a fabric house, so be prepared to appropriately clean the house of her choosing on a regular basis. Here are some options: Soft, hanging hut: https://www.petco.com/shop/en/petcostore/product/small-animal/small-animal-sleepers-hideaways/multipet-pineapple-house-small-animal-hideaway-in-yellow Plastic castle hut: https://www.petco.com/shop/en/petcostore/product/small-animal/small-animal-sleepers-hideaways/you-and-me-small-animal-hideaway Grassy hut: https://www.petco.com/shop/en/petcostore/prod
