Hello. It is possible that Kiara is bothered by some kind of skin parasite, such as cat fleas or mites. You may need to apply an appropriate flea topical to help her. She may also be in heat. She is old enough to come into heat & they can act & vocalize in strange ways. If the behavior continues, please have her seen by your veterinarian. She may simply need to be spayed. Thanks for using Boop by Petco.

Yes, cats love to curl up on people or touching them especially when it’s cold. My male cat is very vocal and he talks when he wants something so that is probably what going on with yours. If you open the window when she talks she may have learned to meow when she wants more air. Sounds like a smart cat to me! Thanks for using Boop by Petco to help you care for your cat.

If your cat is not used to wearing a collar, he may be a little annoyed or upset by having a collar placed on him. However there are several things you can do to help him feel a little more comfortable wearing it. The first is to make sure the collar fits appropriately- you should be able to slip a finger between the collar and your cat's neck to ensure the fit is good but not too tight. Most cat collars have some stretch to them as well, or a clasp that will easily break away to prevent choking if caught on something. The second step is to gradually get your cat used to the collar and to associate it with something positive. If your cat has a favorite snack or treat, give him the treat when you place the collar on, and continue distracting him with treats for a few minutes as he wears it. If it gets uncomfortable, or he bothers with it, take it off for a bit, then try again with treats and wearing it. He will quickly learn that the collar means good stuff! Your cat may still sometime

I agree and would be very suspicious of scabies, fleas or ringworm. All of these conditions can affect humans as well. The flea will respond to a product like frontline that you can purchase over the counter. However no over-the-counter products are as effective against scabies or ringworm. I recommend to have the kittens examined by a veterinarian to determine the exact cause. This way they will all receive appropriate treatment and you may need to see your own human doctor. Scabies is often treated with a prescription called revolution or advantage multi. Ringworm is treated with a special dip and oral medication. I hope this helps.

This behavior is relatively common in kittens separated from their mother at a young age. I don't know that you could stop this behavior now that it is ingrained - you may want to restrict access to your bedroom in the morning instead. If Biff tries to nurse or bite at other times, you should give him something like a stuffed animal to play with and should remove yourself or him from the room.
