the floor is way to cold for even us humans here. and my puppie's paws were very cold. can i put on small woolen socks on his legs to keep his paws anx feet warm?

Socks is an old cat he is walking about in his own world but he is eating and drinking ok but seems to be bumping into things

My cat's paw pads are cold. when he was younger they were warm all the time but now they feel like he's cold I don't think he is actually cold because we live in Texas and it's fairly warm here
