Hi there and thank you for your question. There is currently no research out there hat supports this claim. Lance should be on a good quality puppy food until he is about 1 year old- sounds like you have a nice food there (Hills Science Large Breed Puppy). That will do just fine until he is 1 year old. Puppies need lots of extra vitamins and minerals in their diets as well as extra calories to match the amount of energy they are expending on growth which a puppy food contains. I would not change his food to adult just yet. I hope this helps!

I am sorry to hear about Ralphie's issue with his leg! If he has never had an x-ray I would consider having your vet take one to see if there is anything that could be done. I do believe Hills Science Diet Large Breed is a great dog food. I usually recommend this or Purina Pro Plan large breed food for a large breed dog.

I would say Joey is a large breed dog based on his mix of breeds. I recommend feeing him a high quality large breed dog food. These foods will have joint support, which is great for bigger dogs. Brands I recommend include Royal Canin, Hill's Science Diet, Purina ProPlan, and Iams. I hope this helps!

Especially for large breed puppy is fundamental to provide a complete diet. Good quality commercial diets (Hill's, Royal Canin) are definitively the best choice to make sure you provide all the nutrients Scooby needs. He need a puppy diet and you can continue with it till he is fully grown. Regarding the daily amount, it depends on the brand and type of food you get, you will find the correct dose on the back of the food package. If you would like further advices, upload a picture of the food of your choice and we will be able to let you know the exact dose. Please post again on the forum if you would like further advices. I hope this answer was helpful.

Hill's puppy food is a complete puppy food and you do not need to supplement it. You should feed the puppy food for the correct size (as an adult) of your puppy. Do not let her eat her poop. It is a bad habit, likely because it smells a bit like her food. Pick up the poop immediately after she eliminated it.
