Hello, how heavy should a full breed female Chihuahua bee I wasn't too sure of her weight and just guessed 30, but 30 seems to heavy or is it a normal weight?

I have a female Bernese mountain dog she is 5 years old and last night she started shaking, and heavy heavy panting. She will not eat or drink water still this morning either.

Lady justt gave birth on Friday March 30th. She birthed six healthy puppies. We lost one. Since delivery she has been having spells of heavy panting, she constantly has diarrhea and bad gas. Is this normal to have the heavy panting and extreme diarrhea?
