my hamster just had babies what do i do

Our puppy is a little over 2 months old. He only whines to go out as soon as he's going to the bathroom or after, never before he goes. He is in a kennel when this happens. Also he doesn't let us know at all when he has to go while loose throughout the house. He could be outside 2 hrs and as soon as you bring him in he goes without making a noise. It's going on 3 weeks now and it's getting frustrating.

Cat has just come back from the vet. Had bloods and x-ray. Bloods are all fine. Upper lung unclear. Presents with shortness of breath, wet cough, rattle breathing. Loss of appetite. Now can not walk a couple of steps without laying down. Is 15 years old.
