i have three cats. two are sick. haven.'t eaten or drank in over 3 days. t hrowing up. t hough obst rucion, but now illness. can this happen. the fight. sorr comp on fritz

I have two parakeets, Fritz and Gizmo. I have had them since March 19, 2017. While I had them, I was unable to train/tame them. I have been wanting to since it would be nice to have birds that can interact with me and excercise rather than stay in a cage. My brother, when he lived with me, occasionally would stick his hand in the cage and scare them. This has led them to be very untrusting. Am I still able to train them? What steps do I need to take to help them trust me?

my 8 month old parakeet seems to be ill. she always sits at her perch. only moves when she has to eat. She is not eating as much as she used to. Sometimes she holds her wings away from her body. My dog has had watery diarrhea all day plus vomiting a few times. Tonight her diarrhea looks very yellow thick & mucus. Her vomit is also the similar. I am just worried, she is a 6-7 lb Pomarainian. She does occasionally try to eat out of the cat box.
