Before some days his paws were smooth. Now There is a golden hairy and hard appearance on the black area of the paws of my lab . He always chew them .pls help me.all the four feet are affected
My dogs chews , licks on her paws . It use to be only one but now all four. Why does she do this?
I have two Munchkins and one is fine but the other seems to have big kitty claws with little kitty paws and she has trouble retracting them properly. We didn't think it would be too much of a problem but when she gets caught it either causes her pain or some sort of emotional distress. We're considering getting her front paws declawed, but she's already four years old. Is it still unethical? She's not a baby but getting stuck so often distresses her...
I probably sound stupid for asking as my first dog never dis this, but is it normal for a puppy to twitch a lot in their sleep. She has been twitching all four paws her nose her mouth and her ears in her sleep.
Hi...my cat Paws is between four and five years old. He has got matted hair on his back and I wondered what I should do? He had this before but it grew out and fell off by itself but this time it didn't do this...have you any advice for me. Thanks (I have attached a photo)
I have four week old puppies and only one of them, a female has patches of hair going missing and dried looking soares around it and it's on her legs and paws and tail. It just started and the other 6 are fine so is the mother to puppies. What could be wrong?
Hi, my dog has a concerning lesion in the paw area (beetween her fingers) and it’s bleeding when she walk on it. It almost look like a cut but it’s not. It doesn’t hurt her even when we touch it. I would like to know if the « four paws, paw guard with lanolin » will be efficient. Thank you.
Help!! My puppy has a side of her mouth swollen and red and she keeps on biting a licking her four paws... I suspect she has a fever. She's really uncomfortable right now and cries, I would like to take her to a vet but there are no vets open around this area at this hour... what can I do???
My male dog has been licking all four paws, and nothing has seemed to help. I trimmed his foot fur and clipped his nails, put doggy allergy medication on his paws, put doggy anti-bacterial spray on them, put no chew spray on them, and put socks on them. I took him to the vet to have some tests done, but the vet I saw assured me that they itched because they were damp and refused to do any tests. They're only damp because he licks them, so I don't think that's the issue. Any idea what it is?
I used minoxidil very carefully for a month and quit 2 weeks ago when I learned its toxic to cats. A week ago I noticed my cat hasn't been "loafing" right. She has been tilting her body to her right side. Has she been breathing in the minoxidil and has that triggered a problem with her heart? Sometimes she'll sit tilting to her left with both paws infront, but I haven't seen her sit square with all four paws tucked in at least a week. Im so worried the minoxidil fumes damaged her heart.
My four year goldendoodle seems to have a dry mouth because he frequently licks his lips and it sounds pasty. He also very frequently keeps licking all of his paws to the point that his coat has changed color. In addition, he licks my leather sofa and whatever else he chooses, mostly fabric. He won't let me out of his site. Is this anxiety?
Should I leave my four month old kitten in her room alone for four days or take her on a four hour car ride to a new place (4 hours each way). She does not have someone to watch her. Which is less stressful for her?
