I had my suspicions but my 12 week old cockerspanial can't see properly. She doesn't look at me but at my knees. The vet said she will need an eye specialist. He explained that there were bits on her lenses that give her all these blind spots but I can't remember what he said it was, jest that cockerspanial s are prone to this. Any info would be much appreciated. Thankyou
my little dog as got a red eye she can not see very well she is 11 yrs old
Stalking/Splooting: We live in a very busy dog-friendly area. She becomes laser focused when another dog is near, I lean into her and/or make a sound which never works. She slowly gets down low and then flattens her body to the ground. I attempt to pick her up by her harness but she is 60 lbs dead weight until the other dog is out of sight. If she greets the other dog, she stands perfectly still with tail wagging and loses interest quickly. She doesn’t do treats—I’ve tried them all. Help to stop
I noticed if my husband or I call Dixie's name she runs to look for us but will go right by and not find us until we are right in front of her, very close to her, or reach out to touch her. Then she realizes we are there.. Is this a normal things for a 12 week old sheepadoodle? Also, she sometimes bumps into things and if we throw a toy we have to throw it when it right in front of her face for her to see it go. She will run for it but will go right by it sometimes. Should I be worried?
