Diclofenac Sodium Horse Prescriptions

Hi 2days ago my 9 year dog got a small bite cut near his eye and and the next day he started rubbing and swelling starts ,then i take him to the vet and he prescribed two tablets 1st one is lixen (cephalexin tablets 600 mg) and 2nd one is voveran sr 100 ( diclofenac sodium) he prescribed 1 tablet each in the morning and 1 in evening and after giving 3 dosages my starts vomiting as soon as he eat and drink water and constipation also black colour poop.what antacid should i give and what to do

My dog scratched her eye and was prescribed apo-diclofenac ophthalmic (anti inflamatory) and sandoz tobramycin (antibiotic). Which one should be given 10 minutes before the other? I forgot my vets instructions....

Is it ok to give my dog low sodium deli meat on occasion? (Turkey) The sodium level is 360 mg. Per 2 ounces. I would only give her one ounce at a time. Her food is 0.33% sodium dry matter basis.

I was told by someone that I shouldn't feed a food with a dry matter basis sodium over 0.5% otherwise it is considered high sodium. Is this the case? The brand of food I'm feeding now has a particular flavor that is 1.21% sodium dry matter basis. The other flavors range from 0.39-0.69% dry matter basis. Are these levels ok? what IS considered an upper safe limit for sodium dry matter basis? A have a healthy cavalier but she is prone to heart disease. I just don't want to overdue the salt.

Can I use this saline contact rinse solution for my mouses eye drops? It is a sterile, isotonic buffered saline solution that contains boric acid, sodium borate, potassium chloride, sodium chloride preserved with polyaminopropyl biguanide (0.00003%) and edetate disodium (0.025%). It is not a disinfectant. I was recommended to use saline, but I am not sure if these ingredients are safe. If not, do you have a recommendation?

Hi tony is early renal and had high blood pressure even before that. He’s been on amlodipine for a couple years and we check blood pressure frequently. He doesn’t like kidney diets so he eats a royal Canin aging 12+ senior wet food and I mix in a phosphorus binder but I know this food is higher in sodium than a kidney diet. Will this higher sodium affect his blood pressure significantly?
