Terrible unprofessional customer service on RX
They messed up the RX order. I had to call Petco almost every day but reps always were so unprofessional that they only repeated " maybe will be shipped in two days" like parrots. Nothing has come yet even though the vet sent the authorization way before. Do not recommend at all. If there were zero star, I would rate that way.

Good treatment
My old pet requires this to treat his cataracts. Works great & his seizures & eye boogers are gone after 6 months of treatment. Highly recommend it. Petco staffs did a wonderful job keeping the order active after my vet office slacked off.
