It looks like Tracker has a severe case of Demodex and now a secondary bacterial infection. There are no soaps or remedies that will treat the Demodex. Tracker really needs to see a vet for an appropriate parasiticide and antibiotics for the skin infection. This article discusses remedies you may find available on the island: https://www.petcoach.co/dog/condition/demodectic-mange-1/

I am sorry to hear about Loki! Border Collies are highly intelligent dogs that are bred for intensive jobs so it is possible he is bored and trying to entertain himself. I would consider looking into getting him into some classes such as agility if you have the time/they are offered in your area. In the meantime I would look into getting some puzzle feeder toys. There are many options available online and at pet stores https://www.petco.com/shop/en/petcostore/category/dog/dog-toys/dog-games-and-puzzles and they can provide some intellectual stimulation for these highly intelligent dogs!

Hi and thanks for your question on Boop by Petco! Oh that is so sad! A dumpster... heartbreaking! Yes it is possible to know- there are DNA tests out there you can do on Chowder to determine what he is. They are a little expensive but they are pretty accurate if you are curious to know. Here is a brand I would recommend: https://www.amazon.com/Embark-Identification-Results-Genetic-Markers/dp/B01EINBA76/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?s=pet-supplies&ie=UTF8&qid=1505224913&sr=1-1-spons&keywords=dog+dna+test&psc=1

That's cool that the recovery suit will work for her then. The cost of crates vary by location, so I would check costs in pet stores, as well as checking online sites that resell things (like Ebay if you have that in Bosnia & Herzegovina). You may be able to buy one second hand. Yes, she can eat her regular food :-)

Thanks for using Boop by Petco! These types of behavior can improve though this does require in person training with the help of a qualified dog trainer. I would encourage you to contact a dog trainer that can work with you and her in person to really take care of this behavior. The sooner these behaviors are dealt with, the more likely it is that you can improve and resolve them. Good luck and have a great day!
