Hi, thanks for using Boop by Petco! Poor Charlie! I recommend the following products for ticks: Nexgard, Bravecto, Simparica or the Seresto Collar. The spot on treatments, bathing and powders do not work well anymore. Hopefully you can get one of the above products from your Vet. The Seresto collars can be found online but I have heard of counterfeit ones being sold on amazon so be careful of online sources. It is best to try to get them from your Vet. I hope this helps and I wish Charlie the best!

Thanks for using Boop by Petco! She is so adorable! This is possibly due to allergies. It really comes down to figuring out what is causing her allergies so that they can be treated or the specific allergen avoided. There are many things that can cause allergies though in most cases they can be broken down into 3 big categories: flea, food and environmental allergies. Allergies are usually worked up in a stepwise fashion starting with flea allergies as this is the easiest and cheapest to take care of. If that does not seem to be the issue then you are left out having to check for environmental allergies which require blood and/o

What a cutie! If you've not yet had a vet examine her eyes, please do so. She may have an eye condition that is contributing to the issue. If her eyes have gotten a clean bill of health from your vet, try this: https://www.petco.com/shop/en/petcostore/product/angels-eyes-natural-soft-chew-tear-stain-remover Many people have had success with these treats. Thanks for asking Boop by Petco!

I would avoid it. When dogs have bad food allergies, it's best to only stick with the food that prevents them from having symptoms. Adding in another treat could cause Charli's allergies to flare up and have symptoms again. It's best to keep giving her the hydrolyzed treats. I hope this helps!
