Leo doesn't purrrr... Does that mean he is not happy. And leo has tremendous hair fall. What can be done for his hairfall?

I stay at hostel..so i always have to leave leo at home with my family and go to hostel..and leo becomes depressed everytime i leave him...i go on monday mornings and return on friday evenings..what is the solution for that?

We treated him fro infection, got xray, sonography and endoscopy but nothing could be detected. What to do?
